Fudge is a candy, which is soft and sweet. It is made by mixing sugar, butter and milk, heating it and then beating the mixture while it cools so that it acquires a smooth, creamy consistency. The product is sold in a variety of flavors. Fruits, nuts, and candies are sometimes added.
Fudge can be made with the T-Brown family. Tanis Confectionery has Batchcookers and Cooling equipment to make the fudge mass. To form the mass, Tanis Confectionery offers a Slabformer after wich cubes can be made by the Tanis Slitter, Spreader and Cutter.
The basic taste of caramel can be mixed with , for example, vanilla , chocolate , peanut butter, white chocolate , or walnut.
