Tanis presents innovations in mogul technology on Sweet Tec 2017

On the 24th and 25th of October, the annual Sweet Tec seminar  was held by the ZDS in Solingen, Germany. Tanis Confectionery had been asked to present the latest innovations in mogul technology.

During this presentation an audience of professionals out of different segments in the confectionery industry has been introduced to the first use of robotics in starch moulding and how this relates to higher efficiency and higher generated output. Next to this, various features such as the patented double tray movement, easier accessibility and  cleanability of the system have been highlighted. In the design of the mogul for the future, issues which candy manufacturers have been facing for a long time, finally have been tackled.
