Finishing

After drying the candy in the T-Gel conditioning room, the remaining starch is removed by the Candy Cleaner. Subsequently, the candy will get its final touch by the Oiler or Sugar Sander. The Oiler and Sugar Sander are available in different capacities, from 500 kg/hr up to 5000 kg/hr. With the addition of the T-Gel Finishing equipment to the portfolio of Tanis Confectionery, a turnkey solution for the Gums & Jelly production process can be provided.
